6-8 weeks before
Book your package and confirm your hotel tier. This is also the point to start your visa paperwork, since processing can take longer during Ramadan and the weeks around it.
3-4 weeks before
Check any vaccination requirements for your nationality and travel dates with a local travel clinic — there's no universal requirement, but Saudi authorities do specify certain vaccines depending on the season.
1-2 weeks before
Sort your ihram and other packing (see our packing list for what actually matters), confirm your transfer arrangements between the airport and your hotels, and let us know if your dates or group size have changed.
The final days
Reconfirm your flight times, keep your visa and booking confirmations somewhere accessible on your phone, and message us on WhatsApp if anything feels unclear — we'd rather answer a question twice than have you arrive uncertain.
