How accurate are your hotel distances from the Haramain?+
We list the measured distance from Masjid Al-Haram or Masjid An-Nabawi alongside our own judgement on whether a hotel is realistically walkable — the two don't always agree, since a listed distance can be deceptive once you account for the walking route and heat.
Do I pay online through the website?+
No. This site is for browsing and enquiring — every quote and booking is confirmed personally with you over WhatsApp or by the quote form, and payment is arranged directly with us, never through the website.
Can I change my dates after booking?+
For trips we've arranged directly, message us as early as possible and we'll do what we can with the airline and hotel's own change policies. Bookings made through a partner's instant-booking link follow that partner's own change and cancellation terms.
