TravAir ("we", "us", "our") is a travel agency helping people plan Umrah, hotels, and trips worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect through travair.co.uk, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
When you message us on WhatsApp, submit a quote request, or fill in a contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact details, and information about the trip you're asking about. We also log which page or listing your enquiry came from, so our team has context when we reply.
If you consent to marketing cookies, our booking partners (see our Cookie Policy) may collect data about your visit to attribute bookings made through their widgets or links back to us.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange the trips, hotels or services you ask us for, and to keep records of past correspondence. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for purposes beyond what you contacted us about.
Our website is hosted on Vercel and our data is stored with Supabase, both of whom process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. Images are served through ImageKit. If you book directly through a partner widget or link (GetYourGuide, Travelpayouts-network providers), that booking is handled by the partner under their own privacy policy — we only see that a booking happened, not your payment details.
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your trip and for a limited period after, in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
