All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider, including their cancellation, refund, and change policies. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before confirming your booking.

Payments for bookings made through TravAir are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices displayed on our Service may be subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or provider pricing. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant changes before you confirm your booking.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the specific travel service provider and the type of booking. TravAir will assist you in processing cancellations or changes in accordance with the provider's policies. Please be aware that many bookings, especially discounted ones, may be non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the service provider and may take time to reflect in your account. TravAir is not responsible for any delays in refund processing by third-party providers.

Visa and Travel Documents

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary visas, passports, health certificates, and other travel documents required for your journey.
