How TravAir Makes Money

TravAir is free to use. Here is how the site pays its way, in plain English.

The short version

Our guides, blog and DIY Umrah Planner are free to use, and TravAir does not sell travel products of its own. Many of the booking buttons on this site are partner links. If you follow one and book, the partner may pay TravAir a commission. That commission comes from the partner and does not add anything to the price you pay.

We earn commission through affiliate programmes run by these networks and companies:

Each partner link carries a tracking code so the partner can see that your visit came from TravAir. Partners may use cookies to do this, which is explained in our Cookie Policy.

You book with the partner, not with TravAir

Partner links open the provider's own website in a new tab. You book directly with that provider, and their prices, terms, cancellation rules and customer service apply. TravAir is not a party to that booking, so changes and refunds are handled by the provider. You are still welcome to message us if you need help working out what to do.

Extra partner links on blog posts

On blog pages, if you accept optional cookies, a Travelpayouts tool called Drive can add further partner links and recommendations to the article automatically. They work in the same way as the links we add ourselves: if you book through one, TravAir may earn a commission.

Amazon

Some pages, such as the Umrah Essentials step of the DIY Umrah Planner, link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, TravAir earns from qualifying purchases.

Optional tips

Some pages, including the Support Our Work step of the DIY Umrah Planner, let you leave a tip to support our work. It is entirely voluntary and nothing on the site depends on it. Tips are paid through Stripe, and we never see your card details.

Personal help on WhatsApp

Alongside the site, TravAir offers personal help on WhatsApp: advice on planning your trip, quotes, and booking things on your behalf if you would rather not do it yourself. Use the WhatsApp button on any page to get in touch.
